1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using COUNT THE CATCH, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts used for cheating will be suspended.

3. Tournaments & entry fees

• Tournament rules are set by each organizer and shown on the tournament page. Registering means you accept them.
• Entry fees are collected at registration. Refund policies are set by the organizer and displayed before you pay.
• COUNT THE CATCH provides the platform; each organizer is responsible for running their event fairly.

4. Catches & fair play

• Log only fish you personally caught, following the tournament's rules and local fishing regulations.
• Doctored photos, false measurements or any attempt to manipulate results leads to disqualification and account suspension.
• Catch photos you upload may appear on leaderboards and tournament pages.

5. Payments & payouts

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prize payouts are the organizer's responsibility; COUNT THE CATCH facilitates but does not guarantee prize pools.

6. Liability waiver

Fishing involves inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for following all local laws, license requirements and safety practices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COUNT THE CATCH is not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from tournament participation.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
